Hi, I'm Andrew 👋
I’m a designer with a background in linguistics, interested in how language and conversational interfaces can drive outstanding user experience.
I am currently Lead Content Designer at Cleo, a conversational AI fintech. I help build valuable chat and content experiences that enable anyone to build a life beyond their next paycheck.
Previously, I led a team that designs industry-leading virtual assistant at PolyAI. Here, I established core UX tenants and built the conversation design team, working alongside software engineers to build and deploy bespoke voice assistants for clients.
I graduated from the University of Glasgow (2018) and the University of Oxford (2020) with degrees in Linguistics.
